Returns

Can I return an item in new condition?
Granite Industries offers returns and exchanges on most items in NEW condition within the first 15 days of delivery date. Each return must have an RMA attached to it otherwise it will not be received back. Granite reserves the right to assess the product upon arrival and adjust the account credit accordingly.

Can I return an item that has been used?
Granite does not offer returns on most used products. This is a company policy due to liability and resale concerns. Only under very special situations would we consider a return.

Returns due to customer error
If the wrong item is ordered or wrong quantity is ordered we will almost always accept a return on the item within the 15 day window. There may be a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on the product and its return condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If it is a special order/custom item, a return may not be accepted.

2. Receive an RMA from a customer service representative
3. Send the item back to Granite Industries.
4. Upon receiving the item, Granite will inspect the product and grade it as “new resalable”, “used resalable” or “not resalable”
5. Each level affects the credit that will be given back to the customer.

Returns due to Granite’s error
While we try to prevent any and all errors in shipping, if there is a mistake we will cover shipping back to our facility and shipping back to your location. The item must be received in new resalable condition.

3. Granite will either email you a UPS label or compensate you for shipping charges.

Exchanges
If the wrong item is ordered or the customer changes their mind on the requested item, returns are possible through Granite. The customer is responsible for return shipping and also the new shipping from Granite to them. The high cost of shipping prevents us from providing free shipping on an exchange. The item must be received in new resalable condition.

What happens after 15 days?
Granite has discretion after 15 days. It is possible we will extend the return timeline to 30 days. After 30 days any request to return a product will likely be denied or a significant restock fee will be applied.
