The Overland Ride On Cart incorporates a rugged platform for the user to stand on. NEW 2023 UPGRADES: 950W Motor and 39AH Removable Battery Pack. The 950W motor features nearly 2.5X more power than the old 400W motor, this results in a 20% speed increase (up 3.6 MPH) and improved power in grass and inclines. Also new for 2023 is a removeable battery pack with 39AH batteries, this new pack can to be swapped out in less than a minute. Each cart is powered by our time tested Overland Cart electric drive system. This means no maintenance, no emissions and no noise. Simply twist the throttle and haul away up to 400 pounds. There are two excellent cargo options to choose from: a 10 cu. ft. steel utility hopper or a 10 cu. ft. polyethylene hopper. The standard tires are 15″ Turf Tires. Safety Features
- SmoothStart – On acceleration, power is applied to the drive tires in a controlled manner ensuring a smooth start each time.
- HillSense – Allows the cart to be safely used on inclines and declines. The cart will travel at the speed set by the user, not by the incline or decline.
- AutoLock – An automatic parking brake locks the wheels when the throttle is not being applied. This feature prevents the cart from rolling away from the user and also provides easy loading and unloading on inclines and declines.
- Emergency Stop – The red E-Stop button allows the user to immediately stop the progress of the cart.
- Four Wheel Design – All Overland Carts have at least four wheels to provide maximum stability.
- Overload Fuse – There is a built in overload fuse that measures the inputs of the drive system in real time. If the incline, load, or terrain begins to overwork the motor, a fuse will stop the cart and prevent any damage to the transaxle.
- Throttle Controlled Braking – The braking is controlled by the throttle, simply let up on the throttle and the cart will slow down to the desired speed. To brake is automatically applied.
- Throttle Defaults to Zero MPH – If the throttle is released for any reason, the throttle will automatically return to the zero MPH position and the cart will safely coast to a stop. AutoLock will then engage and the cart will be secure.
- No open gears, belts, or hot components – The design of the cart keeps hands safe and prevents possible burns caused by hot engine components.
- Tested Over Time – Overland Cart has been developing and building carts for 10 years. We know our carts and have developed them to be as safe as possible.

What grade would the Overland Electric Powered Ride On Cart with 10 cu. ft. Utility Hopper work on? I want to use it at a lake cabin to get up and down a steep drive way
Hi Amy, the Overland Ride On Cart can handle an incline of 18 degrees (1:3 slope) with a maximum load of 300-400 pounds. 1. Will 2021 orders ship with the rectangular cargo bin as shown on web or the (undesired) ‘dump hopper’ shown in other pics. 2. can the 15″ tires be replaced with more tires with a slightly more aggressive treads (for rock scrabble trails or dirt)?

Does the Overland have a sit-down option?
Hi Dave, great question! The only power cart with a seated option is our Power Cruiser: https://store.graniteind.com/product/overland-electric-powered-shophawk-power-cruiser which obviously is a bit of a different animal.

Is there option to pull surgical stainless carts?

I have aisle’s 56 inches wide with 90 degree corners. Can I make it around the corner?
Hi Jim, great question! After doing some analysis it looks like the ride on cart will be too long and wide for your desired application. Can this be use outside in Chicago weather? How does the cold affect it?
Hi Dennis, yes our Overland Carts can be used outside in cold weather. Although we recommend storing the cart and charging the cart indoors at room temperature for optimal performance. The batteries are top of the line AGM sealed lead acid batteries designed for all around performance. Here are our official battery specs:

What type of electrical outlet, voltage, and amperage is needed to charge this cart?
Hi Jaime, the Overland Ride On Cart uses a 110V 5 Amp Hr charger. So it can be charged using standard 110V outlet that supplies over 5 Amp Hr power. The charger is a smart charger and can automatically take the supplied voltage and amps and optimize it for best battery health performance. I’d like to mount 2 standard size Craftsman tool boxes to the back where the hopper is. How much weight can this cart hold total?

Can i use this to go up and down a parking garage
Hi Garry, we are in the process of upgrading this cart to a 600W motor which will be better on the inclines like a parking garage. We can send you an email when we have it done. What accessories are available for this ride-on cart?
Hi Dan, the only accessory we would have for this cart is the ability to put a 10 cubic foot wheelbarrow hopper on the back instead of the steel one. Can you power up in the UK?
