Greetings, my name is Zack and I work with Marcus at Awesome Family Entertainment, we have purchased your electric dollies in the past and they work phenomenally! My request is that one of the batteries no longer receives power when plugged in but the cord still works with the other charger we have. They should still be under warranty and I’m requesting that if we can get a new one. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon!!
