Steel Construction
Built from A-500 steel, the Signature Series Stages are designed for maximum strength and durability. This particular steel provides excellent structural integrity.
The steel is then cut, welded, and assembled by hand to ensure proper construction each time.
Unlimited Possibilities
Granite Industries designs each staging line to offer the maximum amount of versatility and flexibility. Roto-locks fasten decks together to form an integrated staging unit and can be accessed from either the top or bottom of the stage deck. Easy setup and easy tear down each time with this locking system. Granite offers deck options from a height of 4″ to 56″. Granite also offers staging packages ranging from 8′ x 12′ to 40′ x 48′. Any portable staging requirement, Granite has a solution.
Top Quality Deck
The deck is constructed from USA made 3/4″ plywood. This plywood is treated and laminated for long life. Plywood decks offer superior acoustics when compared to steel decks. The Signature Series platforms have a topside covered in a Quad Ripple laminate. This laminate protects the plywood and also provides a slip resistant finish. The Quad Ripple finish provides for easy clean up. The strength of the deck is rated at 125 psf which conforms to the industry standard for stage decks.

Granite has also worked to develop a series of accessories that ensure each portable platform has the appropriate safety measures in place. Steel built stairs come in two different forms, adjustable and fixed. Adjustable stairs from Granite are the most versatile stairs on the market. Move the steps up or down based on the height of the stage. The fixed stairs are set from the factory for quick setup. Both sets of stairs are compatible with the Signature Series and the AXIS series staging platforms.
Guard rails are another critical component to staging safety. Granite has a 3 rail horizontal option for basic protection or a half-vertical option for more advanced protection. Fully compatible with the Signature Series staging.
Ramps are almost a requirement for portable staging from a loading and unloading standpoint. Moving sound equipment, podiums, and seating is much easier with an entry ramp. Speed up setup and tear down with a ramp designed specially to work with the Signature portable stage.
