Aluminum Bleacher Seat boards and Foot boards
The bleacher seat boards and foot boards are made from 6063-T6 aluminum. This aluminum alloy is one of the strongest aluminum alloys on the market. It is aircraft grade and is known for its lightweight yet structurally sound properties. The bleacher seat boards come in lengths for 9′, 15′ and 21′. These seat boards feature an anodized aluminum finish. Anodized finishes protect against corrosion and extend the life of aluminum. This finish also deflects heat creating a bleacher surface that doesn’t get too hot even during hot summer days. The foot boards feature a milled aluminum finish. The milled finish provides increased traction.
Steel Understructure
The Signature line of bleachers feature all-steel understructures. Made from A500 steel, the bleacher frames have exceptional strength properties. The bleachers are manufactured, welded, and assembled by local workers at the Granite Ohio Plant. The frames are then powder coated by hand in a state of the art Wagner power coating station. Powder coating offers a beautiful finish and protects the steel. The x-braces are made from galvanized steel. These steel components come together to create one of the strongest and most durable bleacher understructures on the market.
