Granite Power Snappy Model L Motorized Work Scaffold & Work Platform
The Power Snappy Model L from Granite Industries is an industry first. Combining the versatility of a scaffold with the power of an electric drive train, the Power Snappy is the ultimate full service machine. Engineered, manufactured and assembled in the Ohio plant, the Snappy has been carefully crafted and is built to last.
The Model L features the greatest capacity in the Power Snappy line of lifts. The walkboard height is adjustable from 72″- 108″. It also features an outrigger profile and for additional stability. The extensions and outrigger are removable providing the ultimate in versatility. Use it as a standard Model M for tighter spaces, then put the extensions and outrigger back on for the maximum capacity.
Manpower productivity is enhanced over stepladders and standard scaffold in many cases by reducing the wasted moving devices and continual climbing up and down. The platform comes complete with guardrails which provides workers with a safe working area, especially compared to ladders.
The electric powered scaffold provides many advantages over a engine driven scissor lift. It is environmentally friendly as it produces zero emissions. This feature also allows it to be used indoors. The electric motor is extremely quiet and allows for indoor use any time of day. The electric drive train is also suitable for outdoor use, increasing the versatility of the Power Snappy. Additionally, the Model L is light (475 lb) compared to scissor lifts (1000 lb+) allowing the Power Snappy to be used on flooring where a scissor lift is too heavy.
IN STOCK: Power Snappy units are in stock and will ship in 24 to 48 hours (apart from weekends).

Is the equipment manufactured by Granite Industries or someone else and Granite is just a distributor?
Hi JG, the Granite Power Snappy is fully engineered and manufactured by Granite Industries, located in Archbold, OH. We offer sales, support and shipping direct from the factory.
Can the L model be used at the same height range of the M model by taking off the outriggers or a section of the scaffolding? if not can parts be purchased seperately to turn the L into a model M?
Hi BM, great question! Yes, the Model L can easily be changed to a Model M by removing the outriggers, the extra bracing and the extra frames. The chassis is identical on both models. The lowest platform height for the Model L with outriggers installed is 3.5 feet. The outriggers can be removed when the platform height is below 5 feet. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Do you know if this product is now approved in California by Cal-OSHA??
Hi Marcos, thank you for your interest. Our Power Snappy is not approved by Cal OSHA at this time. Thank you!
What is the tallest working height this can be used at without the outriggers and extensions?
The tallest platform/walkboard height without using outriggers is 5 feet. We offer our Model M that comes without outriggers and extensions and has a 5 foot maximum working platform height: https://store.graniteind.com/product/granite-power-snappy-model-m-motorized-work-platform
How do the outriggers come off and on, do they pivot to allow access through doorways or do they have to be removed and reinstalled? Is there a video that shows the install of them?
Hi Allen, the outriggers are attached with a snap pin that can be removed. The outriggers do not pivot to be fit through a doorway and would need to be removed. This video shows the installation of the outriggers: https://youtu.be/NKXdWrtDeV0?t=106. Please let us know if you have any additional questions: 877-447-2648. Thank you!
